• Pre-orders for the week close Tuesdays at 5:00 p.m.
• We will call you to confirm your order.
• Pre-orders available for whole meats only. Orders by the pound, sandwiches and specials are not available for pre-order.
• Pre-orders are for takeout. We do not offer catering or delivery.
• Pick up time is 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and the 1st Saturday of the month.
• There is a 5 pound meat minimum for pre-orders. We are unable to accommodate pre-orders for sides only.
• Your order is not confirmed until we call you and take a credit card to secure it. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
• Meats are sold in bulk quantities only; no individual packaging is available.
• Generally we recommend a minimum of ½ lb. of meat per person, while bigger appetites may require ¾–1 lb. per person.
• Only the items listed below are available for pre-order.
