Founded in 2013 by Todd and Misty David, Cattleack Barbeque began as a small catering spot and retirement project for the Davids. In an effort to allow future customers to taste the food, Todd and Misty opened 1 day per week for lunch service. Word spread and Cattleack Barbeque opened their doors twice a week to meet the growing demand. In 2023, Todd sold Cattleack Barbeque to long time employee, Andrew, to step back from operations. Now owned by Andrew Castelan, Cattleack Barbeque has become a North Dallas barbecue destination built on an uncompromising dedication to the craft.
At Cattleack, barbecue isn’t rushed or mass produced and corners aren’t cut—it’s done the right way. Much like Cadillac® is known for precision and quality, Cattleack Barbeque has earned a reputation for exceptional, low-and-slow smoked meats that are tender, rich, and deeply flavorful. That standard is what we proudly call “Branded the Best.”
Cattleack Barbeque is located in North Dallas, on the edge of Addison and Farmers Branch, and is open a limited number of days and hours each week to ensure quality is never compromised.
