While we will NOT be open for lunch on Thanksgiving Day, we will be open for pre-order pick ups! We will schedule a pick up time with you when we call to confirm your order.
Please allow 1-2 days for a confirmation call during the holiday season.
Smoked hams are available for Thanksgiving week ONLY.
Due to the volume of orders during the holidays, we are unable to slice any orders and all meats will come whole.
The cut off to place a pre-order will be on Tuesdays at 5:00 PM. We’ll call you to confirm the order.

Pre-orders are for whole meats only. Orders by the pound are NOT available for pre-order.
Pre-orders are for takeout only. Sorry, we do not cater or deliver.
We accept pre-orders for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 1st Saturday lunch service.
Additional pre-orders guidelines below:
- Your order is not confirmed until we call you and get a credit card number to confirm the order (please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your email).
- Pick up time for pre-orders is at 9:30. We open the doors for lunch at 10:00.
- Meats must be ordered in bulk quantities, no individual packaging will be done.
- BBQ eaters will eat a minimum of a 1/2 lb. of bbq meat; big eaters may require 3/4 to 1 lb.
- Items listed below are the only items we offer.
